ryou "ry" mera
16 years old
june 25th
5'3"
beige hair, brown eyes
quirk: sleep gas
+ smart, cunning, independent
- aggressive, rude, boastful
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
- hard gamer. MOBAs and FPS games are his go to. overwatch? check. smite? check. league of legends? check. sometimes he plays other shit like don't starve, town of salem, and among us.
- is good at said games. he's book smart, street smart, game smart. he's arrogant and usually thinks he's right, so when he's dismissed he gets mad.
- has had accounts banned for telling people to uninstall or kill themselves. he's a toxic gamer.
- streamer! his gamer tags and usernames are usually โrymstrdโ which is a mix of his nickname โryโ and โmustardโ without the vowels.
- fuck the league. but also, ACAB, he steals from large stores that can handle the loss.
- is currently under house arrest and under custody of his biological parents.
- gamer setup... custom PC, gamer chair. his parents bought pieces of his build to reward his good grades. they considered taking it away after the UA thing but mustard didn't let them. wrote a persuasive essay to why he should keep it.
- honestly a dick. genuinely. 100%. he's an ass without reason to be. still doesn't give a shit about heroes. thinks they're pretentious.
- trolls reddit forums & hero forums with his IP blocked because he says fucked shit sometimes
- doesn't think heโll ever go back into public schooling because of the criminal record, but he's interested in chemistry and engineering.
- not immune to his quirk. as a result, he might seem a little tired on a daily. he takes semi frequent naps.
- yokumiru mera is his father! mustard doesn't make this known, especially with his title as a 'villain'. it's why he was able to be let out of jail. yokumiru rarely talks about his home life, so other people involved within the hero commission might know he has a family, but only his higher ups know it's mustard.
- has asthma. totally unrelated to his quirk, but he claims it's directly tied to it when asked.

hi! i'm lulu.
i have a few other accounts, most notable being @_jooubachi !
i am 21 years old, and my pronouns are she/her.
my interp of mustard is a minor so i will not be roleplaying smut!
expect canon typical violence, and potentially dark humor from the interp.
most interactions will be casual, but i match length and energy!

his 'villain origin story' isn't very tragic. pretty much the opposite.
his life starts of casual, born into a pretty well off family. his father works for the hero commission so ryou was born into a comfy living space. his schooling, while maybe not elite, was definitely better than the vast majority.
his relationship with his parents were never anything bad, despite his father being busy and away from home more often than not. from an early age, he knew the hero commission overworked heroes and anyone working under them.
while in school, his grades were top of his class, sometimes even tutoring other students, or correcting teachers whenever they did something poorly. being top of his class, consecutively, resulted in ry getting a bit of an ego. he's prideful through and through, and knows he has the ability to back it up.
being involved in a hero family, albeit low key, he was attentive of the laws - most notably the ones that denied him the right to use his quirk. because of this, he applied to a handful of hero schools once he was ready to move into high school.
unfortunately for him, the schools that he applied for ended up denying entrance. either for his sour attitude, or inability to pass quirk tests. some schools failed him for both. although he didn't care to become a hero, knowing people thought he wasn't good enough for it pissed him off.
so, he joined a regular high school. during his time there, his passion for chemistry and engineering reached a peak.
at some point, the hero killer stain made his debut and ry decided he didn't care about the laws the hero commission put on civilians, anyway.
seeking out a way to support stain and those ideals, he found his way to giran, who then introduced him to the league of villains - and thus was his reqruitment to the vanguard action squad.
-
after the forest training incident, ry was arrested. he didn't stay in jail for too long. perks of having a parent that works for the commission, and being a child who just went 'wayward'.
his parents were able to bail him out, obviously revoking any guns and keeping an eye on him to make sure he didn't acquire any illegally (again).
under full custody of his parents, he's on house arrest with an ankle bracelet. unbeknownst to his family, he's well aware of how to remove it in order to sneak out, but he doesn't, usually. he has a parole officer that follows him around when he leaves his home.
despite not having to do any real jail time, he holds a strong grudge against most involved in the forest training raid, thinking it was shitty of them to let so many of their members get arrested.
he refuses to associate himself with the league, and now considers himself an independent 'villain'. but in his head, nothing he does is considered villanous. he doesn't like people feeling entitled because of their quirk, and he hates them even more when they refuse to acknowledge they are.
